🏃‍♂️ 3 laps in a distance of 5 km.

⚡️ 6 laps should be done in a distance of 10 km.

👶 In the children’s distance, the smallest participants will cover a distance of 300 to 900 m.

Start corridors and placement

There will be 2 entrances to the starting area. We ask you to take your place in the corridor honestly, evaluating your planned pace and goals in the distance.

 The fastest runners

The start area will have two entrances and the start corridor will be divided into several zones according to the planned running pace. To make the start pleasant for all participants, please take a seat in the zone that best suits your abilities.

  • ️ We invite those participants who plan to run faster to stand at the front of the corridor – you will easily notice this area by the posted sign.
  •  The middle part of the corridor is for medium pace runners.
  •  We invite those who plan to complete the distance at a calmer and comfortable pace to take part in the back part.
  • Judges will be working at the entrances of the corridors, who will be happy to help you find your way and indicate the right place according to your time.

 Run with yours!

In order to avoid traffic jams on the track, we invite you to follow a simple principle: the fastest runners move along the inner edge of the trajectory, those running at an average pace stay in the middle and give way to the fastest, while calm runners and enjoyers move along the right side, without disturbing other participants.

Thank you for your understanding and respect for other runners!

Important for storage!

🎒 In order for the transfer and receipt of belongings to proceed promptly, there is a new procedure this season. Bags can be left in the storage room only with a special tag, which you received at registration together with the member’s number.

⚠️ Important: This tag must be kept for the whole season, and in case of loss, its renewal will cost 2 EUR. You will be able to collect your belongings after the race by presenting your participant number. Please do not leave valuables in your bags (money, electronics, documents, etc.), as the organizers are not responsible for the contents of bags left in the storage room.
